After You Reach Out

How a request turns into a scheduled job

Each request moves through the same practical sequence, so you know what has been looked at and what the written scope covers before work is booked.

01

We talk through the surface

Describe the driveway, lot or drive aisle and what you are seeing: fading, cracking, rough patches, or water standing after rain. That usually settles whether sealcoating is the right next step.

02

We book the on-site look

Measuring the asphalt and reading its condition in person is what makes a price real. We confirm a time that fits access at the property, including off-hours where a lot has to stay usable.

03

You get a written scope

The scope names the preparation, any crack work or repair that should happen first, the number of coats, and the cure window. Nothing is assumed and nothing is bundled out of sight.

04

We plan around the property

Staging comes next: which sections close, when they reopen, and how entrances and drive lanes stay reachable while each area cures.

05

Work is scheduled against the weather

North Texas storms and cool nights both extend dry times, so the date is set with the forecast in hand and moved rather than rushed if conditions turn.

Before You Call

What makes a quote faster

None of this is required to get in touch, but having it to hand shortens the conversation and makes the estimate that follows more accurate.

The surface and its size

A driveway, a parking area, or both, with a rough footprint if you have it. Square footage drives the published per-square-foot range more than anything else.

Its current condition

Oxidation and fading, open cracks, patched sections, or areas that hold water all change the preparation, and some of them change whether sealing should happen at all yet.

When it was last sealed

Previous coatings and their age affect bonding and the number of coats that make sense. A surface that has never been sealed is assessed differently from one on a maintenance cycle.

Access and timing constraints

Gate codes, delivery windows, business hours, and any area that cannot close. These shape the staging plan rather than the price.

Who needs to approve it

For a tenanted or managed property, knowing who signs off keeps the written scope moving once the walkthrough is done.

Anything already quoted

If another scope has been written for the same pavement, say so. It is useful to know what has already been recommended and why.

Scheduling and Response

Questions people ask before getting in touch

Practical answers about reaching us, how quickly things move, and what the first visit actually involves.

How quickly do you respond to a request?+

Calls and messages are answered through the working day, and an on-site look is usually arranged for the next available window that suits access at the property. Weather and the current schedule both affect how soon the work itself can be booked.

Is the on-site inspection free?+

Yes. The surface is measured and assessed before any price is confirmed, because square footage and condition are what the published ranges depend on. You get a written scope from that visit.

Do you work with both homes and businesses?+

Both. Residential driveways and commercial parking areas, drive aisles and shared access all get the same approach, scaled to the surface and the traffic it carries.

Can you give a price over the phone?+

We can give you the published ranges and talk through what moves a job within them, but a firm number comes after the pavement has been measured and read in person. Quoting blind tends to be wrong in one direction or the other.

What if the pavement needs repair rather than sealing?+

That gets said plainly. Sealcoating protects a sound surface and will not bridge a pothole, rebuild a soft area, or correct drainage, so where repair should come first we explain the order of work.

Do you serve the wider metro as well as Dallas?+

Yes. Work runs out from the Dallas shop across the surrounding metro, and each area has its own page describing how jobs are planned there.
